Independent Readiness Benchmark — A Measurement, Not an Opinion

An outside evaluation team, a written readiness statement, and a trend line year over year.

"Are these crews ready, and how do you know?"

A unit with flight hours and opinions cannot answer that. A unit with a scored statement from an independent evaluator can, and can defend it. The value is entirely in the independence, and it holds regardless of who trained the crews, including if you trained them yourselves.

Same battery, same evaluators, every year. Illustrative, not unit data.

What it is

A scored readiness battery administered by an outside evaluation team over one training weekend, covering the skills a tactical crew is actually asked for: manual flight, obstacles, structures, identification and reporting, airspace discipline, contingencies and survivability. You receive scored results by capability area, a written readiness statement suitable for command use, and a trend line once you have more than one year of data.

How it runs

Baseline calibration run

The same battery, administered once, with no published statement. For a unit that wants to know where it stands before changing anything, without creating a record that follows it. Results go to you only.

Why it is sold separately

For the same reason you do not grade your own inspection. The benchmark can be bought by a unit that never buys anything else from us. See government and defense contracting.
