ENTITY UUAS LLC DATA SALE NONE DELIVERY SECURE PORTAL UPDATED JUL 2026

United Unmanned Aerial Systems LLC (“UUAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Tennessee limited liability company providing drone-based mapping, inspections, precision-agriculture imaging, and aerial media. This policy explains what information we collect through uuasnow.com (the “Site”) and in the course of our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here. It applies to information collected through the Site and, except where noted, not to information collected offline or on third-party sites we link to.

The short version

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t sell client imagery or project data. We collect what we need to answer your inquiry, deliver your project, and run the Site — and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.

01 / What we collect

Information we collect

C1

What you give us

When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us: your name and organization, email and phone, the address or location to be flown, and details about the project you’re requesting — plus anything else you include in a message.

C2

Collected automatically

When you visit the Site, cookies and similar technologies record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and links you click, and how you arrived — so we can understand and improve the Site.

C3

Aerial imagery & project data

To deliver our work we capture and process imagery — RGB, orthomosaics, 3D models, thermal, and multispectral (NDVI/NDRE) — of sites clients hire us to fly. This may incidentally include people, vehicles, or neighboring property visible from the air. We don’t sell client imagery or project data.

02 / Cookies & tracking

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on site, general location). Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf. See Google’s policies, or opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
  • Meta Pixel — to measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site, which may involve sharing event data with Meta Platforms, Inc. Manage this in your Meta ad preferences.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Do Not Track: because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

03 / How we use & share

How we use your information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule and deliver services
  • Produce and deliver aerial imagery, maps, models, reports, and analytics
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services
  • Measure and improve our marketing and advertising
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, occasional updates (you can opt out of the latter anytime)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share only as follows:

S1

Service providers

Vendors who help us operate — website hosting, scheduling and booking, analytics (Google), advertising (Meta), and payment processing — permitted to use information only to provide services to us.

S2

Legal & safety

When reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of UUAS, our clients, or others.

S3

Business transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as a business asset.

04 / Retention & security

R1

Data retention

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and project records, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention for aerial imagery and project data may be set by our agreement with the client. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

R2

Data security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

05 / Your rights

Your choices & rights

  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
  • Manage cookies and advertising preferences as described above

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

06 / Additional terms

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for a general, business audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
