You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FAA regulations, regarding the operation of drones.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is transparent and displayed on the platform. Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement with the selected pilot.

5. Limitation of Liability

UUAS and its affiliated pilots are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the platform or the services provided, unless such damages are caused by the negligence of UUAS or its pilots.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
